Chu & Company is a boutique law firm providing bespoke legal advice and service with highest quality to our clients in both private and commercial matters across the country. We were established in 2016 in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Solicitors Regulation Authority with full and unconditional licence to practice as an English firm of solicitors in England and Wales. As a multilingual law firm, we are able to communicate and explain legal process to our clients whose first language is English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin. 

 

For the last few years, our practices have extended to immigration and incidental works ranging from agency agreements to joint venture agreements.  From personal immigration to corporate global mobility solutions, our in-depth knowledge, timely advice and pragmatic approach is justified by the high success rate and client's satisfaction.  We are well reckoned by clients as a valuable contributor in the course of their transaction procurement as well as a forward thinker in the carrying out of our task of documentation procurement.

 

We strive to keep clients well informed generally for better co-ordinations between us.  We might not be able to eliminate clients’ risks that are inherent in their transactions, but we are able to device cost effective contingent measures to cater for such risks.  No expectation gaps or nasty surprises under our watch.
