Fees Information
Overview
We appreciate that receiving legal costs bill could be a bit worrying. Therefore, we provide transparent costs information at the outset of every matter, with regular updates where we are not charging on a fixed fee.
Most of our services are offered on fixed fee basis. The estimates set out here have been provided to give a range of likely fees for standard applications and are for reference only. Every case is different, and the costs vary according to the complexity and urgency of the case. Once we have further information about your personal circumstances and the nature of the assistance you require, we will be able to give you a more accurate fee estimate or agree a fixed fee with you.
We offer 30 minutes free initial consultation session and you are under no obligation to become our client after the session. Further consultation session will be charged at hourly rate plus VAT depending on the seniority of fee earners you engage.
If you accepted our estimate and decided to appoint us, you will be asked to sign an engagement letter which clearly set out the fee agreed and pay a deposit in order to have ‘a retainer’. And before we submit your application (in a straight forward application), or conclude your case, you will pay the balance due. If the case is ongoing you will be issued with interim bills to pay towards your fixed fee costs.
On some occasions you will be charged an hourly basis. Our current hourly rates are set out as below (all figures exclude VAT):
-
Senior solicitor (over 10 years of experience) - £450-£550
-
Solicitor (under 5 years of experience) - £200-£250
-
Trainee solicitors / Paralegal / other fee earners - £150-£180
Disbursements are not included in our fee estimates unless agreed otherwise.
The information on this page aims to provide private individual clients information regarding our fees for immigration applications and nationality matters. These fees are exclusive to private individuals and are not applicable to commercial clients.
