From 9 am on 11 April 2022, the UK government no longer accept new application for Sole Representative of an Overseas Business visa. Individuals who already have entry clearance, leave to enter or remain under the Sole Representative of an Overseas Business visa route may apply under these rules to extend their stay or for indefinite leave to remain.  For details, please get in touch.

The new Global Business Mobility visa route

Sole Representative of an Overseas Business visa will be replaced by a new visa route in spring 2022. Details for the new visa route have yet been finalised. We will update this page when the final application criteria is published by the Home Office.
